En tant que service Agent, vous travaillez pour le département de gestion des relations avec les utilisateurs au sein du service informatique. URM garantit le service et le soutien de l'ensemble de l'infrastructure informatique (équipe technique) et du paysage applicatif (équipe fonctionnelle) au sein de l'ensemble du réseau de concessionnaires pour environ 4 500 utilisateurs. Ces utilisateurs peuvent compter sur un Service Desk qui fournit une assistance à distance et qui est soutenu par une équipe qui fournit du support sur place, mais également du coaching et de la formation.

**Ce que nous attendons de vous..**

- Vous répondez au téléphone de manière professionnelle ; vous identifiez la personne, faites une analyse approfondie du problème et traitez toutes les informations dans un système de ticketing.
- Vous avez du temps entre deux appels ? Vous traitez les tickets qui arrivent via le portail informatique.
- Dans la mesure du possible, vous proposez une solution immédiate : vous pouvez compter à cet effet sur un solide Knowledge Base.
- Vous ne connaissez pas la réponse ? Alors vous transmettez l'appel à un collègue.
COMPETENCES CLES:
- Fort en communication et réussissez à guider le client dans un langage simple et constructif.
- De nature, quelqu'un qui veut aider les gens et qui a beaucoup de patience.
- Vous avez un bon sens applicatif et vous disposez d'un bon esprit d'analyse.
- Assertif et désireux d'apprendre.
- Vous avez un regard critique, une bonne dose d'intelligence et la précision nécessaire.
- Vous savez gérer la pression et avez une bonne dose d'indépendance.
- Bilingue (NL - FR), tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Une expérience d'au moins 6 mois dans un centre d'appels de service est requise.
