**Description de l'annonce**:

- Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour de la documentation technique sur les matières premières (ingrédients et emballages) et leurs fournisseurs en collaboration avec les départements qualité, R&D et supply chain (suivi de la procédure).
- Assurer la gestion des demandes des clients concernant les produits finis et les matières premières concernées.
- Assurer le support dans la création des fiches techniques.
- Assurer la traçabilité des informations envoyées aux clients.
- Remplacer la personne en charge de la gestion des spécifications, du transfert AX et des étiquettes en cas d'absence.
- Suivre et appliquer les changements de la réglementation alimentaire de l'UE dans la documentation technique.
- Les travaux sont réalisés dans le respect des exigences des domaines de la sécurité alimentaire, de la qualité, de l'environnement, de la santé et de la sécurité, ainsi que des exigences du domaine dans lequel l'entreprise opère.

**Votre profil**:

- Master en technologies alimentaires, études diététiques ou équivalent par expérience
- La connaissance des normes HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO (toutes les normes de qualité) est un atout.
- Conscience des priorités - traitement des problèmes au bon moment, avec la bonne perception
- Critique, capacités de contrôle - capacités de communication
- Expérience des systèmes ERP, un atout
- Sens de l'ordre et de la propreté
