**Your mission**- Be responsible for the meticulous follow up of all small gifts received. Process them administratively, follow up with donors and take care of basic reporting.- Create a digital communication plan supporting our multi-year fundraising campaign, together with our head of fundraising.- Create content for direct mail and social media communications.- Keep our website page on fundraising and our giving platform up to date.- Reach out to our alumni and partners with information about donation options, build relationships and persuade them to contribute to our Vlerick funds and grants.- Be an important point of contact for our alumni and (prospect) donors.- Brainstorm about new ways to inspire giving back to the School (I.A. by creating challenges in light of our yearly giving day) and communicating about the impact of their gifts to donors and beyond.- Work together with different internal and external stakeholders (I.A. your team, IT, accounting, marketing, copy writing agencies).

**You**- Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in creating, working out and following up on fundraising campaigns.- Are tech-savvy. You can work with the MS365 package and social media/digital communication tools.- Are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.- Have experience in writing attractive (fundraising) communications.- Have excellent customer service skills. You like building and maintaining relationships.- Are independent, open-minded, creative, and not afraid to take initiative.- Will be based on one of our beautiful campuses in the city centre of Ghent, Brussels, or Leuven.
