**Kom ons Operations team binnen BerryAlloc Menen versterken en word onze nieuwe SHE Advisor**
**Verantwoordelijkheden & kerntaken**
- Als SHE Advisor (Safety, Health and Environment) help je mee het SHE Beleid te bepalen en adviseer je onze plant in Menen over de praktische uitvoering.
- Je rapporteert aan de plant manager en in samenwerking met het management help je de SHE doelstellingen te bereiken en de preventieplannen voor de site op te stellen:
- Je geeft vanuit veiligheidsoogpunt jouw creatieve input bij het ontwerp van de nieuwe installaties.
- Je bent creatief en proactief in het uitwerken van veiligheidsverbeteringen.
- Je onderzoekt meldingen van onveilige situaties, ongevallen en incidenten.
- Je coördineert alle noodzakelijke vereisten die externe en interne keuringen waarborgen.
- Je maakt indienststellingsverslagen, risicoanalyses en veiligheidsinstructiekaarten op.
- Je bent vaak op de werkvloer aanwezig en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie (medewerkers, leidinggevenden, syndicale partners, medische dienst,...) met betrekking tot veiligheidsthema’s en biedt de nodige ondersteuning waar nodig.
- Je zet medewerkers aan tot veilig bewust denken en handelen (coaching) door een gerichte communicatie te voorzien
- Je neemt actief deel aan het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het werk.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s SHE advisors van onze andere sites en werkt aan plant overschrijdende verbeterprojecten voor SHE
**Competenties & vaardigheden**
- Je bent in het bezit van een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of 2, milieucoördinator B of bent bereid om deze te volgen
- Je bent vlot tweetalig (NL/FR) en je inspireert anderen door jouw maturiteit, diplomatie en motivatie
- Je beschikt over een technische kennis en hebt enige affiniteit met machineveiligheid.
- Je kan situaties snel en correct inschatten.
- Je bent kritisch ingesteld, communicatief sterk en weet je in elke situatie aan te passen.
- Je hebt een vlotte gebruikskennis van MS Office en hebt affiniteit met managementsystemen zoals ISO 45001 en ISO 14001.

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
