Dit vertaalt zich ook in een state-of-the-art IT-departement met zo’n 150 gedreven medewerkers. Hun bedrijfscultuur moedigt dan ook inspraak en een ondernemende mindset aan. Het hoofdkantoor kreeg recent een volledige make-over en bevindt zich in Antwerpen. Voor hen gaan we op zoek naar een enthousiaste hybride (onsite & remote) IT Support Engineer.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Support Engineer kom je terecht in het Support team dat bestaat uit 5 personen. Je staat in voor de installatie van hardware, toepassings
- of systeemsoftware voor PC’s en netwerkinstallaties. Dit doe je zowel onsite bij de satellietkantoren (verspreid over België) alsook remote via een ticketingsysteem. Op die manier kunnen eindgebruikers met gerichte vragen bij jou terecht. Enkele verantwoordelijkheden die binnen jouw functie vallen:
- Technische first
- en second line ondersteuning naar de PC-gebruikers
- Allround en uitgebreide support voor desktop, laptops, printers, netwerken, telefonie, Video conference, Software, Wifi
- Regelmatig worden er onthaaldagen voorzien voor nieuwe werknemers. Je zal gebruikte systemen, applicaties enz. toelichten aan hen
- Herstellen van kleine defecten aan de IT-infrastructuur zoals pc’s, schermen en displays
- Je houdt een oog op de IT stock en contacteert leveranciers indien nodig Voor deze functie rapporteer je aan de Teamlead IT Support.
**Profielomschrijving**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van diverse Microsoft producten (Windows OS, Active Directory, Teams, MS Exchange, Office 365, Citrix...)
- Je hebt ervaring met het configureren van Laptops, Desktops, IPhones, IPads, MacBooks, en Video Conference,
- Je kan autonoom werken, bent ordelijk en stressbestendig. Je reageert kalm en zelfzeker, ook in moeilijkere omstandigheden.
- Korte verplaatsingen naar onze verschillende binnen
- en buitenlandse zetels schrikken je niet af.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en kan je uitdrukken in het Frans.
