**Job description**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. Are you ready to take the lead on-site and ensure the successful execution of civil engineering projects?
- Regular monitoring and supervision of construction activities.
- Maintaining a continuous presence on-site to oversee operations.
- Verifying the compliance of materials used in construction.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of construction plans.
- Overseeing the implementation of construction work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintaining detailed work logs and execution records.
- Providing regular updates on project progress and status.

**About You**:

- Master's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in both English and French languages.
- 5 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage on-site teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
