- Om te voldoen aan de verwachtingen van onze interne en externe klanten, onze makelaars en/of financiële en wettelijke autoriteiten:
- Je neemt het initiatief in de implementatie, wijziging en verbetering van onze processen en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden gestandaardiseerd, efficiënter worden gemaakt en/of worden aangepast om te voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten. Je hebt een centrale rol in de communicatie en samenwerking met de stakeholders, IT, legal, Project Management,
- In je rol van Process Analyst verdiept je je ook in de details van uitdagende onderwerpen om zo de verschillende doelstellingen te behandelen en dit door een kritische process analyse, uitwerken van oplossingsgerichte voorstellen, het opmaken van business requirements en uitvoeren van testen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie met betrekking tot de verschillende initiatieven vlot verloopt en dat informatie wordt doorgegeven aan de betrokken teams. Je coördineert het opstellen, bijwerken en verspreiden van documentatie (instructienota's, interne communicatie, enz.)
- Je ondersteunt het management bij het nemen van beslissingen met het oog op het bereiken van het vooropgestelde kwaliteitsniveau.
- Je ontwikkelt expertisedomeinen waarvoor je ondersteuning biedt aan de verschillende interne teams zodat zij hun dagelijkse activiteiten kunnen uitvoeren.
- Je zorgt voor de operationalisering (bepalen van scope en doelstellingen, opstellen roadmap, coördinatie en organisatie) van je projecten om de uitvoering te realiseren in de operationele en support teams.
- Om een optimale en correcte controle van de activiteiten van de Business Unit Life te garanderen:
- Neem je deel aan de coördinatie en/of uitvoering van de opgestelde controleplannen. Indien nodig stel je wijzigingen en/of herzieningen van de controleplannen voor en zorg je voor de implementatie.
- Zorg je voor de uitvoering en coördinatie van de implementatie van de vooropgestelde actieplannen van compliance en audit.
**Jouw Profiel**
Wij zoeken een kandidaat-e:
- Met ervaring in de uitvoering van projecten;
- Met expertise rond de producten en business van Life Customer Servicing;
- Dat graag out of the box denkt en niet bang is om buiten zijn comfortzone te treden;
- Die zowel de relaties als de communicaties kan beheren met de verschillende teams binnen de Business Unit Life en met de verschillende stakeholders: Transformation Office, IT, Compliance, enz.;
- Dat assertief en overtuigend communiceert, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Met een goed aanpassingsvermogen binnen een omgeving waar doelstellingen en deadlines vaak kunnen veranderen;
- Met oog voor detail die snel problemen opmerkt bij bestaande en nieuwe processen ‘life’en die graag wil meewerken om deze processen te verbeteren;
- Dat op een autonome manier verkregen informatie kan omzetten in concrete acties om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te bereiken;
- Dat analytisch en creatief is en altijd op zoek is naar oplossingen;
- Die de noden van de business kan omzetten in duidelijke requirements;
- Flexibel en organisatorisch sterk is;
- Mondeling en schriftelijk sterk is in Frans en Nederlands.
