**Functie**:
Als **Compensation & Benefits Specialist** zal je instaan voor de **payroll, het personeelsbeheer en werk je actief mee aan diverse Compensation & Benefits projecten. **Je maakt deel uit van de HR-afdeling, en zal werken in het Compensation & Benefits team.

We zoeken een toegewijde, fulltime teamspeler die rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de Compensation & Benefits Manager en deel wil uitmaken van een enthousiast team van vier collega's

Wat behoort er allemaal tot jouw takenpakket?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **payroll** samen met een collega Payroll Officer.
- Je krijgt een extra drive om mee te werken aan **Compensation & Benefits projecten (bijvoorbeeld cafetariaplan, loonvorken, rapportering & dashboards, integraties en overnames, flexibele uurroosters,etc.) **en kan hierin jouw creativiteit inzetten. Naargelang jouw interesses kan je hier een trekkersrol in opnemen.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte **onboarding en offboarding** van onze collega's.
- Je verzorgt de opvolging van de HR-voordelen (cafetariaplan, groepsverzekeringen, bonusbeleid, etc.).
- Je bent **het aanspreekpunt van onze collega's** over loon, sociale wetgeving, interne regels en procedures,en staat hen graag bij met raad en daad.
- Je beheert de **digitale personeelsdossiers** en houdt deze continu up-to-date: opmaak van arbeidsovereenkomsten en bijlagen, sociale documenten, aangiftes, attesten, uit dienst documenten, etc.
- Je durft **kritisch meedenken** over de manier waarop je werk georganiseerd is en streeft daarbij naar verbetering. Kom maar op met die voorstellen
- Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw en het onderhoud van het compensation & benefits beleid in lijn met de bedrijfsstrategie.

**Profiel**:

- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma (of meer), bij voorkeur uit Human Resources, Office Management of Rechtspraktijk.
- Je beschikt over **relevante werkervaring** in het domein **HR payroll en/of compensation & benefits** en beschikt over de nodige **kennis van sociale wetgeving**.
- Je bent communicatief, oplossingsgericht en service minded.
- Het vermogen om je eigen prioriteiten te stellen, behoren tot je sterke punten.
- Je hebt een uitstekende MS Office kennis (Excel) en werkt graag in een **digitaal vooruitstrevende omgeving**. Ervaring met het payrollpakket van SD WORX en/of AFAS HR is een plus
- Je bent nauwkeurig, efficiënt en kan pragmatisch te werk gaan.
- Je hebt een analytische blik.
