**Fonction**:
Pour notre site de Westerlo, nous recherchons un Teamleader qui travaille en 2 équipes.

En tant que chef d'équipe, vous êtes responsable de la coordination des activités logistiques sur le lieu de travail. Vous gérez une équipe de collaborateurs logistiques (+/- 15 à 20 magasiniers).
- Vos tâches:_
- Vous coordonnez les différentes activités et gardez une vue d'ensemble à tout moment.
- Vous veillez à ce que les processus quotidiens se déroulent de manière efficace, harmonieuse et sûre.
- Après un certain temps, vous êtes en mesure de contribuer à des propositions d'amélioration.
- Vous assurez une bonne communication et une bonne coopération avec les autres équipes.
- Vous rendez compte au superviseur de l'entrepôt.

- Vous avez (une première) expérience en tant que manager, de préférence dans un environnement logistique ou de production.
- Vous êtes prêt à travailler en 2 équipes (5h45-13h45 / 13h45-21h45).
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et un grand sens des responsabilités.
- Une expérience en tant que conducteur de chariot élévateur à fourche et/ou de chariot à mât rétractable est requise, un certificat valide est un avantage.
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et l'anglais.
- Une mentalité pratique est votre seconde nature.
