**Who are we?**

We are a motivated, dedicated and passionate international team working in a rewarding and dynamic environment. You will become part of CT-IS (Compressor Technique - Information Services). CT-IS delivers services to the Compressor Technique business area of Atlas Copco. You will work closely together with the business. The department mainly operates from the headquarters in Antwerp (Belgium), with teams in the US, Czech Republic, India, and China.

**Job description/mission**
- Mastering all aspects of the C4C template activities (maintaining the C4C solution, Change Management, Support, Documentation)
- Follow up of the SAP Roadmap/Quarterly releases and its new features
- Hands on knowledge on C4C Business Configuration (e.g. scoping, activity list, adaptation, integration setup, administration, etc.)
- Hands on knowledge on General C4C setup (e.g. Organizational structures, Territory management, Employee & user management, etc.)
- Hands on knowledge in C4C reporting and data sources
- Safeguard smooth transitions of changes/releases and new implementations.
- Capturing and helping the business in defining their business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and into technical specifications
- Document the functional design and contribute in keeping the high level architecture up to date
- Adopt the Agile way of working being implemented within CT-IS
- Take initiatives and propose solutions, to work independently.
- Understanding and mastering the technical landscape of the C4C solution and all the linked satellite systems
- Be a speaking partner for our support team to resolve 3rd line support issues

**Beneficial would be**:

- Knowledge on CPQ systems, more particular SAP CPQ
- Understanding and mastering the interface between our C4C solution and the ERP backbone (SAP ECC)
- Knowledge on typical CRM satellite systems such as e.g. Marketing Automation, E-commerce tools and related integration
- Knowledge on C4C configuration and development on C4C platform: SDK/PDI
- Developing/configuring on integration platforms: BTP (CPI) + PI/PO

**Experience Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, ideally in a multi-national manufacturing company
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with C4C
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Experience in project management
- People management experience is a plus

**Educational requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of on-the-job experience
- Excellent knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes, governance and best practice
- Overall understanding of end-to-end Business processes in Sales/Service Companies
- Fluent in English verbally and written is a must, other languages will be a plus
