- You will manage smaller projects within our e-commerce domain with support of the e-commerce product owner and product team, and report progress to the product owner.
For these projects you will follow up the progress and budget.
- You’re the go-to person for functional questions on using the digital commerce platform.
**Note**: For day-to-day support, eg password reset and bugs, a service desk is in place to do first line support.
- You will improve the configuration to meet evolving user needs.
- When requirements of the business users cannot be met by the platform, you’ll work together with the Product Owner and business analysts to define new user stories for the product backlog.
- You train business users in our many customer centres worldwide
- Contribute to the Agile organization of the product team

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**
- ** Education: Bachelor’s degree** in computer science or equivalent

**Required Skills**:

- A keen customer-first approach where you want to understand the needs of the business users and why they are important.
- A hands-on mentality configuring the system to the needs of the business users.
- Experience supporting an e-commerce platform such as Magento, SAP Commerce cloud or others.
- You are an expert of relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce & ecommerce platform operations, with a strong know-how of systems and tools
- You’re a team player who can still perform tasks individually
- Excellent English communication skills (written, oral), with good listening capabilities

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with SEO
- Experience with tracking user behaviour and heatmaps.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Experience in Agile way of working
