Our client is the leading European player in the processing of organic raw materials into semi-finished products.
The IT Business Relationship Manager is a crucial role in the organization. In this role you will be the facilitator between the business needs and the IT solutions provided.
**You will be responsible for**:
- In cooperation with the colleagues of IT and the related business owners, you will discuss how to translate the business strategy into achievable projects, programs and roadmaps;
- You will suggest improvement trajectories. You will regularly review, in consultation with your business peers and the overall Project Portfolio Manager;
- You will manage a project charter signed off by both Business and IT;
- You stay abreast of new technologies and their ability to provide a competitive edge to assigned systems;
- You communicate to internal clients (business system owners) relevant IT innovations.
The **required qualifications** for this position are:
- You have a masters's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Partner or similar role;
- Experience in IT transformation projects and ERP/SAP environment is a big plus.
- You have experience in IS transformation projects with ERP deployment (preferably SAP);
- You are familiar with ITIL principles and at least one project methodology;
- You're not a technical expert, but you have good knowledge of how an information system works (data models, etc.);
- You are able to oversee the relationship between IT and multiple departments;
- You engage your public with open, dynamic communication and presentation skills;
- You are highly client focused and able to build relationships with key stakeholders on a all levels of the organization;
- You have a result-driven mindset and you can work independently;
- Mastery of office automation tools and ability to formalise studies/recports at a good level.
