Dan is deze vacature misschien wel iets voor jou Voor onze klant, actief in de **bancaire sector**, zijn we opzoek naar een ervaren Payroll Specialist. Je komt terecht in een **team met 15-tal collega’s** en samen vormen jullie het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle medewerkers omtrent HR-aangelegenheden.- Jouw takenpakket als **payroll specialist** (Ref/3871) zal er zo uitzien:
- Je bent samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de administratie en **loonverwerking **voor alle medewerkers, waarvoor je van A tot Z de voorbereidende activiteiten voor de loonadministratie doet;
- De **payroll processen** ga je overkoepelend coördineren en aansturen;
- Je coördineert en neemt deel aan het **optimaliseren** en **automatiseren **van de processen met andere HR-collega’s;
- Bij test fases en de uitrol van nieuwe releases van onze toepassingen word jij ingeschakeld;
- ** Adviseren **van collega’s, medewerkers en leidinggevende in verband met loon, tijdsregistratie, thematische verlofdagen en sociale wetgeving;
- Ook blijf je continu op de hoogte van **evoluties **en **ontwikkelingen **binnen je vak domein en bouwt proactief je expertise verder uit.

Vereisten
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma op zak, bij voorkeur binnen human resources;
- Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in payroll en sociale wetgeving. E**xtra pluspunten zijn technische kennis van payroll/ tijdsbeheer/ master data software en cafetariaplannen/ andere extra-wettelijke voordelen**;
- Je bent 2 tal dagen op het kantoor in **Anderlecht **te werken, 3 dagen home office;
- Anderen beschrijven jou als **analytisch**, accuraat, efficiënt, stressbestendig en **teamplayer**;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het **Nederlands **en het **Frans**.
