Looking for an internship that will off you exposure to various areas of the aviation industry? We are currently offering an internship in which we are looking for a bright, on the ball and consistent student to come and join a great team to support at senior level. The role requires strong attention to detail, creating strong presentations with the ability to drive projects from start to finish. You will need to be confident in producing and presenting documents and reports as well as liaising with key clients and stakeholders. This is the kind of role where you are fully involved in the business from day one and will be given lots of scope to develop your role..
**YOU’RE ROLE**: WHAT WILL YOU BE BRINGING TO THE DEPARTMENT
- Support driving the management of the implementation progress of programmes and projects within the TUI Airline Engineering & Maintenance function working closely with both the programme, business sponsors, airlines and source market leads - providing support and challenge as necessary;
- You will be asked to help collating strategic input into the development of the business and offer challenge where required to maximize the potential of the future platform;
- You will be exposed to the overall programme plan for Engineering & Maintenance, where to you will be requested to collate, analyse and deliver input from all work stream leads (primarily Engineering & Maintenance, including relevant support functions such as HR, IT and Finance as well as other functions such as Airline Operations, Ground Operations, In-flight Service, Supplier Management & Procurement) as appropriate and will manage the programme in a manner that delivers the component project outputs needed to support the intended value of the programme business case;
- In addition, you will be responsible to support the preparation of regular reporting of operational and financial KPIs for the various board meetings (e.g. GEC, Airline Board) and assist with the preparation of the functional risk report if needed;
- You will develop programme delivery strategy, managing inter-portfolio dependencies and capturing available synergies.

PRACTICAL INFO
This is an unpaid internship of min 3 months, which will take place at our headquarters in Zaventem and will consist of a 39-hour week.
