**Job Purpose**:
The Strategic Supply Planning team aims to build a robust and flexible mid-long term supply plan, by identifying potential risks and ensuring counter measures are in place to prevent them from materializing. Therefore, the team needs to:

- In-depth understand the various environmental factors that can cause supply disruption (product roadmap, technology roadmap, demand, sales, sales mix, manufacturing capacity/capability)
- Map the risks and identify counter measures
- Continuously monitor the latest situation and deviation against the plan & deploy the appropriate counter measures already foreseen

The trainee will report to the Strategic Planning Team Lead and collaborate closely with the different Strategic Planning Analysts.

We offer a 6 month internship that allows to gain exposure to one of our core business units: Logistics, Supply Chain & Customer Services Management (LSCM). Throughout this period the intern will operate in an international, diverse business environment and have the opportunity to interact with many different stakeholders in Supply Chain, Technical Center, manufacturing plants, etc.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the Sourcing Database on weekly basis (line-up & master data, plant/TAM info)
- Sourcing consistency checks with Industrialization Planning team (IPL) & ensure alignment of sourcing data across the different systems
- TPA process coordination internally in the team, within LSCM and with plants & TCE
- TPA RF (resource factor) management & alignment with TCE SE/PTD functions
- Prepare monthly TPA/RF status report & join weekly TPA related meetings with IPL
- Review consumer product line-up and propose size list for rationalization, based on pre-defined criteria
- Support Strategic Planning Analysts with ad-hoc REP related studies: analyze data, summarize findings & formulate proposals.
- Run Microsoft PBI reports with simulations in regards to changes in line-up, sourcing & capacity.
- Develop new KPIs and reports in Power BI, to support the capacity analysis for new bottlenecks
