Coreso is actively seeking a skilled Business/Functional Analyst to join our innovative team, driving change at the crossroads of IT & Energy. In this role your aim is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a vital role in identifying process inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
**Your role as a Business/Functional Analyst exists of the following responsibilities**:
- Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to optimize operations and achieve strategic objectives.
- Manage all aspects of project requirements, including business needs, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project landscape.
- Gather, document, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements through various techniques like interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits and process observation.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications.
- Utilize Business Process Modeling (BPM) to visually map and optimize business processes.
- Use UML to effectively represent system requirements.
- Work on multiple types of projects (Operational, digital transformation, Services and off the shelf products).

**Who are we looking for?**
- Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent level of relevant experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis
- B2-Level of English (oral/written)
- You possess strong analytical skills and excel in gathering and documenting requirements.
- You are enthusiastic about contributing to the creation of training materials.
- Your excellent communication skills allow you to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
**You will be a great fit if you have**:
- Substantial knowledge and experience in the energy sector.
- Previous experience collaborating in agile teams or on agile projects.
- Proficiency in utilizing requirements management tools, such as Reqsuite or Jira.
- Familiarity with BPMn.
