**DE JOB**:
Met het oog op de digitalisering van de onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een **SAP MM Functional Analyst.**

Je taken zien er als volgt uit:

- Verzamelen van de (interne) klantenbehoeftes
- Onderzoeken van de behoeftes en nagaan of ze technisch haalbaar zijn en conform de interne standaarden
- Schrijven van functionele specificaties waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met de noden van de klanten
- Parametriseren/configureren van de SAP systemen
- Schrijven en onderhouden van de configuratiedocumentatie
- Schrijven van technische specificaties die als input dienen voor de SAP ontwikkelaar
- Opstellen van testscenario’s en de interne klant begeleiden in het uitvoeren ervan
- Testen van de configuratie, de change requests en de nieuwe ontwikkelingen
- Begeleiden van de interne klant bij het uitvoeren van de testscenario’s
- Geven van opleiding aan de key users en hen ondersteunen tijdens de opleidingen aan de eindgebruikers
- Bieden van een optimale ondersteuning/support aan de klanten (oplossen van bugs, bijsturen van processen, support op het terrein,...)
- Opvolgen van batchjobs / interfaces

Je zal je vervolmaken in de onderliggende bedrijfsprocessen binnen Infrabel zodat je deze processen beheerst, de gebruiker kan ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van deze processen en ook een bijdrage kan leveren in het verder optimaliseren van de processen

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- **Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige door ervaring.**:

- **Je beschikt over minimum 5 jaar ervaring met SAP-configuratie. Ervaring met de module MM geniet de voorkeur.**:

- **Je hebt een ervaring in een gelijkaardig functie op zak.**:

- Je bent vertrouwd met SAP (MM), Fiori, mobiele applicaties in een ERP-omgeving en SAP Ariba.
- Kennis van andere logistieke modules (IM, PP) is een plus.
- Je hebt een ervaring mbt het beheer van projecten en bent in staat om projecten autonoom op te volgen.
- Door je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, breng je een boodschap daadkrachtig over t.a.v. je gesprekpartner. Bovendien aarzel je niet om onderbouwde verbeterpistes voor te stellen of de eisen van de interne klant in vraag te stellen.
- Je bent zowel schriftelijk als mondeling een vlotte communicator en je kan een heldere en verstaanbare boodschap overbrengen.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en je hebt een praktische kennis van de andere landstaal. Bovendien ben je in staat om je uit te drukken in het Engels.
- Je beschikt over een scherp analysevermogen en je bent in staat een samenhangende visie te vormen over de verschillende aspecten van een probleem, de oorzaken en mogelijke verbanden.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en je initieert acties om de samenwerking binnen de groep te bevorderen.
- Je leeft de procedures en regels na.
- Je bent tevens leergierig en bereid om je te verdiepen in nieuwe tendensen en technologieën. De nodige (interne) opleidingen kunnen hiervoor zeker gevolgd worden.

**DE WERKOMGEVING**:

De directie Information & Communication Technology is een van de 7 directies van Infrabel. Ze is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de levering, uitvoering, het beheer en de instandhouding van deInformatica
- en Telecom-elementen die noodzakelijk zijn voor de optimale werking van het spoorwegnet.

**Onze burelen bevinden zich op wandelafstand van het station Brussel-Zuid. Tevens is telewerk mogelijk (3 dagen/week).**
