**Leonardo Belgium** is a seeking talented **Senior Project Manager** to join our team in delivering essential services under a new framework contract. **Job description**:
**We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be able to**:
- Manage large, complex, and strategic projects for the implementation of new information systems.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle by ensuring that business needs are constantly identified and that the change control procedure is respected, gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors.
- Estimate costs, timescales, and resource requirements for the successful completion of large, complex, and strategic projects in accordance with agreed terms of reference.
- Propose project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, and follow-up organization.
- Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.
- Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, track activities against the plan, and provide regular and accurate reports.
- Provide effective leadership for the project team, ensuring that team members are motivated and continuously developing their skills and experience.
- Guide the team responsible for project activities and review their deliverables.

- Ability to propose strategic project plans and organize tasks effectively
