- Zaventem HQ**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prevention Advisor Level 1 with focus on workplace and employee wellbeing- Full time with possibilities for part time.- Conduct risk assessments and provide advice on workplace health and safety, including identifying and mitigating risks related to mental health and wellbeing.
- Create, help drive & implement multiyear action plan, linked to the KPMG strategy, and keep track of pre-defined KPI’s.
- Develop and implement an overarching workplace wellbeing policy, including programs, initiatives and processes that align with the company's values and strategic objectives.
- Act as the chairman of the KPMG Wellbeing steering group.
- Partner with other internal departments, such as HR, to promote a culture of wellbeing and safety across the organization.
- Be a person of contact (vertrouwenspersoon) and provide support and guidance to employees who may be experiencing mental health issues, including referring them to appropriate resources and services.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of wellbeing programs to continuously improve and refine initiatives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- You are a Prevention Advisor level 1 and have an additional degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- You can create a vision and are able to make it clear to different stakeholders thanks to your expertise in the field of prevention, specifically related to wellbeing.
- You have a broad experience with developing and implementing wellbeing programs in a workplace setting.
- You have a strong experience with mental health and wellbeing issues, including identifying and addressing risks and promoting positive mental health.
- You display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French & English.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about what you do; at the same time, you show patience and eagerness to understand different perspectives and roles at play
- As a meticulous and organized professional, you don’t shy away from administration from time to time.
