What will you be doing as the LCV account manager?- As LCV account manager you play an important role in the successful execution of the LeasePlan commercial vehicle strategy through increased sales of our Business Critical Fleet (BCF) products and services.- You support the sales teams (incl. New Business) by providing specialist commercial vehicle industry and market knowledge, advice and guidance- You Identify van fleet operators for the New Business team to target and priorities- You actively promote the BCF proposition and seek to increase take up of the LCV products and services- You advise and assist in the creation of CV quotes that are run by the LCV back office team- You give advice to clients and new business prospects at the vehicle qualification stage on vehicle specification and ancillary equipment to ensure best fit for purpose- You attend (as appropriate / required) meetings with prospects and existing customers to carry out needs assessments to recommend and advise on fit for purpose vehicles, specifications, legislation, and compliance- You liaise with the van manufacturers, third party suppliers / vehicle converters and LPBE Asset Risk team to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of LCV maintenance budgets- You provide operational and in-life advice and recommendations to LPBE’s BCF customers, particularly in the areas of repair and maintenance and legislation and compliance to optimize their vehicle utilization- You facilitate in the prototype build of complex converted vehicles and work with the client to quality sign-off and handover such vehicles- You support colleagues in both the Implementation and Engage teams to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of LCV clients- You remain completely up to date with commercial vehicle industry developments and regularly communicate this knowledge through the relevant areas of the business- You develop and maintain a process for regular production and analysis of key performance indicators relating to van fleets

What are we looking for in a LCV account manager?- Comprehensive experience of working in a Commercial and Financial environment.- Ability to present options and recommendations to a Board level audience- Ability to manage and work on several projects simultaneously- Ability to understand, design and build analytical models- A strong commercial & customer centric oriented mindset- Driven and is solution-oriented- Analytic and able to think outside the box- An excellent communicator and negotiator- Dynamic and proactive and not scared of taking initative (a ‘can do’ mentality)- Stress resistant- Entrepreneur mindset- Loves to work in a rapidly changing business and market environment (agile mindset)- Fluent in Dutch and business English language - written and verbal- Experience of working within and supporting a specialist commercial vehicle team and demonstrating the capability to work independently is a plus.- Understanding of relevant LeasePlan products, processes and systems is a plus.
