**Functie**:
Als Customer Care Agent behoort dit tot jouw takenpakket:
- Telefonisch contact opnemen met klanten.
- Klanten opbellen die langs zijn gekomen op de dienst na-verkopen.
- Feedback verkrijgen van hun beleving op de dienst na-verkopen.
- Indien klanten ontevreden zijn, nagaan wat het probleem is en een oplossing voor vinden.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de klanten steeds een positief beeld hebben van het bedrijf.
**Aanbod**:

- Contract met onbepaalde duur na een geslaagde interim-periode.
- Aantrekkelijke salaris met extralegale voordelen
- 39u/week (9u - 17u30)
- 26 verlofdagen

- Tweetaligheid is vereist FR/NL.
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en communicatief ingesteld zijn.
- Probleemoplossend te werk gaan en je moet ontevredenheden kunnen detecteren.
- Onderhandelingsvaardigheden om targets te behalen.
