Wij zijn vandaag op zoek naar een** Shipping Officer** die te werk gesteld zal zijn in **Antwerpen.**
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je bent het **aanspreekpunt** omtrent shipping.
- Je vertaalt klantenbehoeften naar projecten en procedures.
- Je **adviseert collega’s** over shipping gerelateerde onderwerpen.
- Je communiceert **zowel intern als extern** op een commerciële manier.
- Je bereidt bezoeken aan **rederijen en klanten** voor.
- Je implementeert de **commerciële afspraken** in de processen van customer service.
- Je behoudt een duidelijk overzicht van je lopende dossiers.
- Je stelt mogelijke **verbeteringen voor de procedures** ter optimalisatie van de klantenservice.
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je hebt een eerste relevante **ervaring binnen expeditie**.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis **Nederlands** en een goede kennis **Engels**.
- Je hebt basiskennis MS Office en een goede kennis van **MS Excel**.****:
- Je bent klantgericht.
- Je bent een probleemoplossend denker.
- Je bent communicatief, assertief en zelfzeker.
