COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER.

SALARY: 3500 - 4000 EUR / month

**Description du profil**:
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Taking an active role in the month/year-end closing process, ensuring reliable and punctual sales results by verifying accuracy before confirming outcomes.
- Contributing sales insights to the International Planning and Controlling Department.
- Furnishing comprehensive reports and conducting AD-HOC analyses for the BU General Manager and the sales team, aiding in result comprehension and strategy enhancement.
- Collaborating with the BU General Manager and the supply chain Manager to prepare budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Establishing and monitoring the pricing strategy and salesforce objectives aligned with EBITDA targets.
- Monitoring and analyzing main commercial indicators and performances against budget and prior year, particularly focusing on pricing, and examining discrepancies by product and customer.
- Proactively informing about opportunities/risks and suggesting corrective measures.
- Tracking the execution of action plans, particularly the pricing and promotion plans.
- Creating presentations and engaging in international meetings (sales team meetings, international steering committees, and business reviews with HQ board).
- Updating SAP with rolling forecast figures and transfer prices.
- Enhancing existing tools in collaboration with the IT department and utilizing Excel.
- Supplying sales and profitability data to auditors.
- Defining transfer prices within and outside the business unit and computing yearly adjustments per company regulations.
- Coordinating yearly pricing plans with the sales and customer service teams.
- Conducting benchmarking exercises with the sales team to compare pricing offers from market players.

WHAT WOULD WORK
- You have a relevant experience of 3 year in audit or controlling.
- You are a real team player and flexible.
- You can meet deadlines and are highly analytical.
- You are at ease in an international context.
- You speak fluently in English and Dutch or French.
- You are used to working with an SAP & EXCEL.
