Binnen de afdeling Product & Services zoeken wij een Product Manager GOP. Productgroepen zoals notitieboeken, labels en kantoormateriaal klinken jou als muziek in de oren. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van ons creatief scholenassortiment. Merken zoals Durable, Leitz, Post-it, Hamelin en Moleskine worden door jou beheerd en je bent perfect in staat al deze productontwikkelingen te vetalen naar de Benelux markt.
Lyreco bezorgt klanten uit België, Nederland en Luxemburg steeds de juiste werkplekproducten en -oplossingen. Hierdoor hecht Lyreco veel belang aan een marktconforme strategie op landenniveau. De categorie Office sluit perfect aan bij dit “one-stop-shop” verhaal waardoor Lyreco de klant perfect kan bedienen op basis van zijn noden en wensen.
Als Product Manager Office ben je volledig verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de lokale Office strategie voor de wereld van vandaag & morgen. Kennis rond circularire economie is hier een enorm plusplunt.
Daarnaast werk je samen met internationale collega’s uit verschillende landen. Je bewaakt het rendement en versterkt/bouwt strategische relaties met bestaande & nieuwe partners waar nodig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de product portfolio, het inkoopbeleid en de interne & externe marketing tools. Je rapporteert rechtstreek aan de Benelux Category Manager Office.
**Hoe ziet je dag eruit?**:
- Uitwerken van de Be/Ne/Lux strategie voor Office. Op basis van de huidige propositie en specifiek landgebonden marktsituatie en -evolutie, een visie ontwikkelen op korte en lange termijn (quick wins, 1 jaar visie, 5 jaar visie).
- De Office strategie laten aansluiten op ons commerieel go-to-market model.
- De Office strategie vertalen naar operationele & tactische marketing acties. Deze marketing acties succesvol uitwerken & uitzetten via de verschillende kanalen naar de B2B klant toe.
- Grondige analyses van het rendement van de categorie & structurele verbeter voorstellen formuleren en implementeren/opvolgen om de resulaten binnen de categorie te drijven in lijn met de ambities.
- Plan van aanpak om de “Digitalisering” binnen deze productcategorie creatief te benaderen, bijvoorbeeld d.m.v. services & innovaties.
- Inkoopbeleid (incl aankooponderhandelingen) & office partnerships beheren & uitbouwen.
- Trainen van onze commerciele mensen.
- Beheren & optimaliseren van de huidige productportfolio.
- Presentaties geven aan interne en externe stakeholders.
- Actieve samenwerking met collega’s op internationaal vlak.
**Wie zoeken wij?**:
- Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma, bij voorkeur in een economische en/of marketing richting.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in de Office industry.
- Je kent de Benelux Office markt & zijn opportuniteiten/uitdagingen.
- Je bent een degelijke onderhandelaar die graag analytisch en gestructureerd te werk gaat.
- Je hebt een degelijke kennis van project management.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de verschillende MS Office pakketten.
Je bent van nature
- gepassioneerd door de Office wereld en je krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van een strategie voor deze categorie welke je daarna zelf gaat implementeren, stap voor stap.
- een kei in strategisch denkwerk maar je houdt er ook van om dit operationeel uit te voeren & te beheren.
- een doorzetter die niet opgeeft tot het vereiste resultaat bereikt is.
- analytisch en resultaatgericht.
- een echte teamplayer die graag samenwerkt met diverse interne en externe stakeholders over de departementen heen.
- efficiënt in jouw werk en je neemt de nodige verantwoordelijkheid om de zaken degelijk en professioneel aan te pakken.
- flexibel en hebt er niets op tegen om af en toe naar het buitenland te reizen.
