JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Represent and manage the Oakley brand (Sun and Vista) on the BeLux market (Wallonia + Bxl + Lux)
- Responsible for managing the customer portfolio and sales
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Present, promote and sell Oakley products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Educational Background in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid experience with
- Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
