Are you passionate about sports, performance, and innovation? Oakley, one of the world’s leading sports brands with over 600 patents, is searching for a dynamic **Sport Channel Brand Account Manager** to join our team. Oakley blends cutting-edge technology, design, and art to create iconic products, from sunglasses and goggles to apparel, footwear, and accessories. Our global distribution network covers everything from retail to optical and sport, targeting Sports Performance, Active, and Lifestyle consumers.
**What You’ll Do**: As the Sport Channel Brand Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and brand visibility in your territory. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, helping to meet and exceed sales targets while serving as a true brand ambassador.
**Your core responsibilities will include**:
- Driving sales by meeting individual targets in volume, value, and brand penetration.
- Building strong partnerships with clients, delivering regular on-site visits, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Training client sales teams to promote Oakley products with confidence and expertise.
- Presenting new product collections and leading clients through our innovative designs.
- Supporting trade marketing and merchandising initiatives at events and client locations.
- Monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely order processing, and managing product displays.
- Representing Oakley at local and international events, ensuring our brand is front and center in the sports industry.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, ideally in a field sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Proficiency with Apple iPad, PC, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of the sports industry and a passion for sports performance products.
- A driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of FR, NL and ENG
