Join **McCain Foods** as a **Regional Account Executive** in our **Retail channel** team.
**Drive growth** by engaging with **prominent retail outlets** like Delhaize, Carrefour, Spar, Cora, Match, and others. You will visit the key integrated and independent stores in** your region **(Limburg, Antwerp, Mechelen). As the **main point of contac**t, provide expertise on products, shelf layouts, and activation plans. **Negotiate **listings and promotions, while **collaborating **closely with colleagues to expand McCain's brand presence. Autonomously navigate the field plan and report to the **Sales Manager Retail Benelux** to achieve our retail objectives.

Take on the role of **Brand Ambassador **at the forefront of **Sales**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive the growth and development of McCain Foods' Retail channel, ensuring expansion and progress for the company's success.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with prominent retail outlets to enhance market presence and drive product sales.
- Conduct store visits in designated regions to key integrated and independent stores where McCain products are sold.
- Optimize the market positioning of agreed assortments and translate national plans into actionable store-level strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries and providing support for McCain products, assortment, shelf layout, and impactful activation plans.
- Engage in negotiations to secure new listings and prominent shelf placements for McCain products, while implementing local actions when feasible.
- Monitor the market landscape, identify opportunities, and contribute insights for McCain and the category's growth.
**Profile**:
- Prior sales experience and/or experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Result-driven with strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong team player with persuasive skills.
- Excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French
- Proficiency in Dutch for day-to-day job responsibilities.
