We are looking an exceptional Senior Manager, Key Accounts & Concessions Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport, Kipling) to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium.
Let Us Talk about the Role
As Senior Manager, Key Accounts & Concessions Packs EMEA, you will be responsible to manage, develop and execute the Packs EMEA Key-Accounts Strategy within our Field Sales business.
Reporting into the Field Sales Senior Director you will lead a team of local Key Accounts Managers reporting to you and manage the Packs’ fleet of Concessions, Partnership stores and selected Strategic Key-Accounts. Your focus will be to deliver a pinnacle instore brand experience, be disruptive in looking at retail leveraging and blending marketing and merchandising to deliver against financial targets.
How You Will Make a Difference
**You will achieve this by**:
Full accountability to meet and exceed sales targets, profitability goals and retail KPIs across Concession, Partnership stores and Key-Accounts locations in EMEA
Ensure implementation of sales and marketing tactics, specifically all seasonal launches and assortment strategies and GTM approach in collaboration with cross functional team
Build strong working partnerships with EMEA selected Strategic Key-Accounts
Drive proficient relationship with the relevant internal departments (Marketing, DTC Buying and Planning department, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Retail operations, Sales Operations)
Utilize sales insights on business and consumer to sustain and grow business while proactively addressing issues and opportunities and making appropriate recommendations
Monitor, together with Credit department, the financial stability and payment discipline of all accounts
Be a source of solution and inspiration to empower collaborative workstreams with peers and managers across other functions, channels and Brands
Skills for Success
To succeed as Senior Manager, Key Accounts & Concessions Packs EMEA, you need to:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong empathy and influencing skills combined with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
Capable to work under pressure and prioritise against business objectives.
Ability to look after both numbers (sales/profit) and experience.
**Enthusiastic, determined, and fearless**: interested in building something big starting from scratch.
Able to move from big picture to hands-on activities with equal enthusiasm and determination.
Fluent in English with any other languages being a plus.
**Industry**: Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, Accessories
A formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
