**Description**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team fondsanalisten, verdeeld per beleggingscategorie. Tegelijkertijd ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het selecteren van fondsen binnen de beleggingscategorie Vastrentende waarden door strenge criteria op het gebied van milieu, maatschappij en goed bestuur (ESG) toe te passen en de fondsen op de geselecteerde lijst te monitoren.
- Managen van een team fondsanalisten.
- Het uitvoeren van onafhankelijk onderzoek en due diligence naar Fixed Income fondsen.
- Het selecteren van de beste fondsen die de visie van de beleggingscategorie weerspiegelen met als doel beter te presteren dan de benchmark en vergelijkbare fondsen in verschillende marktomgevingen.
- De geselecteerde beleggingen bewaken door bijgewerkte rapporten bij te houden.
- Rekening houden met het duurzame profiel van de Bank bij het selecteren van nieuwe fondsen en het monitoren van bestaande fondsen. Je integreert ESG-aspecten in je fondsonderzoek en zorgt voor passende monitoring.
- Bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van het fondsselectieproces en markttrends monitoren.
- Ontwikkel je kennis van het selecteren van illiquide beleggingsstrategieën.

**Profile**
- Je hebt een master
- of bachelordiploma
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in beleggingsbeheer, fondsselectie of due diligence. Kennis van het selectieproces voor illiquide beleggingsstrategieën is een voordeel.
- Je hebt ervaring met teammanagement en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Frans/NL en Engels.
