The company is based West of Antwerp.
Function:
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including bridging the communication between IT and Business departments.
- You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that projects run smoothly from start to finish;
- You'll have the opportunity to write use cases and user stories, which will help guide the development team in creating software solutions that meet the needs of the users;
- You'll also be responsible for testing these solutions, ensuring that they are bug-free and perform to the highest standards.
- You'll also be tasked with identifying training needs within the organization, developing and delivering training programs that will help the team members stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
**Profile**:
- You have an extensive experience in project management, specifically in the areas of use case development, user story creation, and testing;
- You have a strong knowledge of M365;
- You have a customer-focused mindset and are skilled in guiding and training others.
- You excel in communication and are able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
