**Job Overview**

Support the Brussels contract team by escorting contractors attending embassies and offices; ensuring the upkeep of designated areas by carrying out general and specific duties as directed in line with the agreed contract specification.

**Main Duties**
- Escort contractors so they can access secure areas to carry out general maintenance.
- Liaise with Mitie contract management team on the day to day running of the building the reporting of issues relating to operation and appearance.
- Carry out routine checks on buildings, reporting any faults identified.
- Ensure entrance and exit points are clean and tidy.
- Assist in the packing and removal of equipment and furniture from site.
- Help setting up rooms for the business day including AV equipment, sound systems, media systems, setting up furniture and so forth as required by customers.
- Maintain high standards of personal performance, hygiene appearance and attitude at all times.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment is highly desirable
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry out basic manual handling is essential.
- Friendly and approachable manner, with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible/Adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to work on their own with mínimal supervision.
- Sets and maintains high standards of delivery.
