ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks is a smaller, independent, yet very dynamic division within the larger ArcelorMittal group. They supply the automotive sector throughout Europe with a highly automated machinery park. They produce laser-welded steel sheet components that are later integrated into cars to make them lighter, stronger, and more cost-effective. We are looking for a new, driven colleague to join us.

**Responsibilities**

As HR manager at Liege, you will be responsible for:
**Time and Attendance**
- Follow up and maintenance of the Time registration software included planning, holidays, sickness, overtime.

**Payroll and Benefits**
- Payroll process from A to Z
- Cafeteria plan: Budget, invoices, Traxall system management
- Payment of premium (presenteeism, CLA90, Bonus, etc)

**Compliance and Reporting**
- Eco unemployment declaration (if needed)
- ESG + Affected communities reports
- Follow up social legislation and update legal documents
- GDPR follow up with ONETRUST system
- Worked hours
- Other local and Corporate reportings

**Recruitment**
- Recruitment of new employees (internal and external)

**Employee Relations**
- Participation to the monthly Works council
- Negotiation with unions and drafting of collective agreements.
- Organization of the Social elections (every 4 years)
- Collaboration with Corporate services and HR community of AMTB

**Training and Development**
- Trainings organization with the operation manager
- AG5 Administrator (training follow up system)
- Update FLA following legal request

**Communication**
- Define HR & Business Communications

**Support safety culture**
- Support safety and deploy safety culture with the H & S manager

**Other**
- Open HR purchase orders and encode HR invoices in SAP
- HR Budget

**Profile**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Hard and Soft Human Resources
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources management or business administration
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian labor, and social legislation
- Service-minded with a strong solution-oriented mindset
- Capable of working efficiently and autonomously
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
