Woodcutter is an urban axe-throwing bar looking for a talented Motion Designer and Videographer to join our team. As a motion Designer and Videographer, you will create designs, and short videos for use across multiple platforms including digital, and social media. You will work closely with our Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure that our brand is consistently represented across all channels. This position requires a creative individual with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create visually engaging and dynamic video content for Woodcutter Urban Axe Throwing, showcasing the axe throwing experience, events, and promotions.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects, including storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
- Use industry-standard equipment and software for video production, ensuring high-quality footage and sound.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content that aligns with branding and promotional goals.
- Maintain and organize video files and assets for easy access and retrieval.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technology, and techniques related to motion design and videography.
- Assist in live event coverage, including filming and streaming axe throwing competitions and events.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a motion designer/videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio showcasing your design and video work
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative video concepts.
- Availability to work on-site and during weekends or evenings for event coverage.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends for effective video promotion.
