Je bent instaat om positieve emoties over te brengen, verrassing te creëren, je aan diverse dragers en touch points aan te passen.

Als Junior Digital Designer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de omzetting van de strategische merkvisie in een impactvol en inspirerend design voor de eigen digitale kanalen van Belfius (websites, bank-app,...).

**De job in een notendop**

Je belangrijkste taken:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de interpretatie en omzetting van de bestaande grafische huisstijl en strategische merkvisie van Belfius in een digitale designvisie en grafische stijl voor de Belfius websites, (web)apps, en digital experiences.
- Je vertaalt creatieve concepten naar aantrekkelijke, innovatieve en efficiënte digitale ontwerpen en denkt actief mee over UX/UI en interactie. Je wordt gedreven door resultaat en zoekt steeds naar manieren om digitale boodschappen visueel nog meer impact te geven.
- Je maakt deel uit van het designteam bij Belfius en rapporteert aan de Head of Digital Design. Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met je designcollega’s - ook van Brand Design - voor uitwisseling en inspiratie.
- Je werkt waar nodig samen met andere creatieve teams voor concept, copywriting, etc.
- Jouw team maakt deel uit van team Brand, Experience & Communication, de sturende kracht achter het merk Belfius. We zetten ons 100% in om ons merksterk in de markt te zetten via alle touchpoints met klanten, stakeholders en collega’s.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken een Digital Designer met een kleine 3 jaar ervaring in een digitale communicatie-omgeving (zoals een web agency):

- Je kan een merkvisie vertalen naar aantrekkelijk en innovatief digitaal ontwerp.
- Je hebt ervaring met responsive web/app design en grondige kennis van Figma en Adobe Creative Cloud (vnl. Photoshop en Illustrator).
- Kennis van UI Animation / Interaction Design is essentieel: Rive, Lottie, Cavalry, Jitter, Protopieklinken je bekend in de oren.
- Kennis van Motion Design (After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve Fusion Studio) en 3D (Blender, Cinema4D, Adobe Dimension, Adobe Substance 3D) is een grote plus.
- Je bent een constructieve teamplayer, je respecteert deadlines, hebt oog voor detail en staat garant voor de uitmuntende kwaliteit en coherentie van elk project.
- Je schrijft en begrijpt uitstekend het Nederlands of Frans, en je hebt kennis van het Engels.
