- Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?_
- Je bent de link tussen onderaannemers, de stad of gemeente en andere teams. Zowel inhoudelijke als operationele overlegmomenten woon jij bij.
- Je rapporteert cijfers met betrekking tot de voortgang en de toegewezen budgetten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, uitrollen en communiceren rondom POP-zone’s voor constructie en staat in voor het ontwikkelen, coördineren en handhaven van uniforme methodes en procedures.
- Je doet de opvolging van de vergunningen.
- Het vooropgestelde resultaat bewaak jij zeer strikt. Wanneer de planning in het gedrang komt, stuur jij de supervisors bij.
- Je bent operationeel verantwoordelijk voor alle medewerkers die op project tewerkgesteld staan. Je organiseert toolboxmeetings, houdt toezicht, controleert de werkzaamheden en bepaalt de aanpak.
- Loopt er iets spaak? Dan neem jij dit onder de loep.
- Je monitort de wekelijks financiën zoals de gepresteerde uren van de techniekers, geleverde prestaties, verbruikte materialen en voorraadbeheer. Ook bestellingen keur je goed.
- Wie zoeken wij?_
- Idealiter heb jij kennis van graafwerken en van aansluitingen op het glasvezelnetwerk.
- Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je perfect hoe je een nieuwe uitdaging aanpakt en tot een goed einde brengt.
- Plannen en organiseren zit in je genen. Je weet je hoofd koel te houden en bewaart makkelijk een overzicht.
- Je bent een geboren leider.
- Flexibiliteit draag je hoog in het vaandel.
- Je werkt accuraat en gestructureerd en je bent in staat om problemen te analyseren en oplossingen te zoeken.
- De Nederlandse taal beheers jij zeer goed en je hebt minstens een basiskennis Frans.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en kostenbewust.
- Elke dag zie jij als een uitdaging om je team en je project naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
