**Omschrijving**:
Voor een onderneming in Braine L'Alleud zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren HR Generalist die deel wil uitmaken van een dynamisch team. Als specialist op het gebied van payroll, sociale wetgeving en complexe HR-dossiers, speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de optimale werking van de administratieve HR-processen.

Je bent een specialist in payroll, sociale wetgeving, complexe HR dossiers,...
- Je waakt over de goede werking van de **administratieve** **HR processen**: dagelijks verwerk je mutaties in het personeelsdossier, verwerk je ziek
- en herstelmeldingen, houd je formatie-overzichten en rapportages bij.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze externe payroll leverancier en je biedt ondersteuning bij de maandelijkse salarisverwerking, zodat iedereen aan het einde van de maand, zijn salaris ontvangt.
- Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op door je aanwezigheid op het terrein en ontwikkelt een transparante en communicatieve aanpak.
- Je optimaliseert processen, samen met de Finance & HR Administrator.
- Je zorgt voor de onboarding van nieuwe collega's.
- Je verfijnt policies en communiceert naar de mensen.
- Je beheert de fleet.
**Profiel**
- Je bent gebeten door alles wat HR betreft. Je kent zowel de hard als soft kant van het verhaal en bent up-to-date wat betreft de sociale wetgeving.
- Je blikt terug op een ruime ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
- Gedegen kennis van het Belgische arbeidsrecht en sociaal overleg
- Empathische persoonlijkheid met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en met je vlotte persoonlijkheid weet je bij je gesprekspartners het vertrouwen te winnen en zowel de belangen van het management als van de medewerker te behartigen.
- Empathische persoonlijkheid met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Vermogen om op alle niveaus effectieve en coöperatieve relaties op te bouwen

**Aanbod**
Je komt terecht binnen een jonge, dynamische werkomgeving waar ruimte is voor groei. In deze functie zal je 40u per week werken, hierdoor heb je ook recht op 12 ADV dagen bovenop de 20 wettelijke. Bovenop een markconform loon en een vast contract dat onmiddellijk wordt toegekend kan je nog rekenen op extralegale voordelen zoals een hospitalisatieverzekering, een nettovergoeding en mogelijkheden tot thuiswerk.
