Introduction
Medipartner heeft zijn expertise in **sales & marketing recruitment & outsourcing** voor de farmaceutische/medische industrie. Om het groeiplan voor de komende jaren kracht bij te zetten zijn we op zoek naar een ondernemende **HR generalist** voor onze kantoren in Eigenbrakel.

Function
- Je bent dé specialist inzake **payroll, sociale wetgeving, complexere hr-dossiers**, etc.
- Je waakt over de goede werking van de **administratieve HR processen**: dagelijks verwerk je mutaties in het personeelsdossier, verwerk je ziek
- en herstelmeldingen, houd je formatie-overzichten en **rapportages** bij.
- Daarnaast ben je **point of contact voor onze externe payroll leverancier** en bied je ondersteuning bij de maandelijkse salarisverwerking, zodat iedereen aan het einde van de maand, zijn salaris ontvangt.
- Je bouwt een** vertrouwensrelatie** op door je aanwezigheid op het terrein en ontwikkelt een transparante en communicatieve aanpak.
- Samen met de Finance & HR administrator **ontwikkelt u en optimaliseert u processen**, systemen en procedures om het HR-beleid binnen de organisatie verder te professionaliseren
- **Onboarding**:
- **Policies** verfijnen en communiceren naar de mensen
- Fleet opvolging
**Requirements**:
- Je bent gebeten door alles wat HR betreft. Je kent zowel de **hard als soft kant** van het verhaal en bent up-to-date wat betreft de sociale wetgeving.
- Je blikt terug op een ruime **ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol**:
- Gedegen kennis van het **Belgische arbeidsrecht** en sociaal overleg
- **Empathische persoonlijkheid** met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Zeer goede kennis van het **Nederlands, Frans en Engels**:
- Je hebt een **positieve ingesteldheid** en met je vlotte persoonlijkheid weet je bij je gesprekspartners het vertrouwen te winnen en zowel de belangen van het management als van de medewerker te behartigen.
- **Empathische persoonlijkheid** met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
