Als Product Owner Omnichannel Customer Experience ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de ontwikkeling van onze omnichannel productvisie. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders, waaronder het management, BU-experts en onze klanten, om deze visie te valideren en te vertalen naar concrete acties. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- Het beheer van de productbacklog, waarbij je de behoeften van onze klanten vertaalt naar duidelijke user stories in samenwerking met ons agile developmentteam.-
- Het opstellen van de strategische roadmap voor onze producten, waarbij je zowel operationele als strategische aspecten in overweging neemt.-
- Het bewaken van het budget en de productvisie bij het realiseren van de roadmap.-
- Het coördineren van overleg met andere product owners om gezamenlijke roadmapitems en afhankelijkheden te aligneren.-
- Het creëren van een lange termijn visie voor continue verbetering, inclusief usability, procesoptimalisatie en nieuwe features.-
- Het beheren van gebruikersaccounts, rechten en licenties om ervoor te zorgen dat onze eindgebruikers de best mogelijke ervaring hebben.-
- Het fungeren als het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders en het stimuleren van samenwerking tussen teams.**wie jij bent**:

- Een masterdenkniveau met IT-affiniteit en enkele jaren ervaring in product ownership.-
- Sterke analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden, waardoor je ideeën kunt vertalen naar concrete stappen.-
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, zowel binnen het team als met klanten.-
- Projectmanagementvaardigheden, inclusief het bewaken van timing, budget en scope.-
- Ervaring met het product (applicatie of domein) waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent, is een pluspunt.-
