**Constituant l'un des deux piliers principaux du projet artistique de Bozar, la saison musicale se développe au cœur d'une maison multidisciplinaire et transversale et contribue de ce fait directement à l'identité unique de Bozar en Europe.**

**Bozar Music offre un programmation qui repose d'une façon égale sur l'articulation entre artistes reconnus et jeunes musiciens, répertoire et création contemporaine.**

**Bozar Music développe et met en œuvre un programme de médiation et d'éducation transversal favorisant l'inclusion, intégrant les différents axes de sa programmation, et destiné à des groupes de public cibles.**

**Au fur et à mesure de son développement depuis 157 saisons, le projet musical dont Bozar Music perpétue l'existence s'est grandement enrichi. Au départ exclusivement classique, la saison présente aujourd'hui une grande variété de styles et de genres. Depuis 2002 et la création de Bozar Music, musique ancienne, musique classique, musique contemporaine, jazz, électro et « **global **» **cohabitent dans les diff **é **rentes salles du Palais des Beaux-Arts et aux alentours.
**Description de la fonction
**En concertation avec le CEO & Artistic Director et sous la supervision du Director Music, vous êtes responsable de la programmation, de la coordination et de la supervision des concerts de musique classique à Bozar, dans le but de réaliser une saison de programmation artistique cohérente et attrayante.
- Vous collaborez avec le CEO & Artistic Director et le Director Music à la définition d'une vision artistique à moyen et long terme dans le but d'apporter de l'innovation à la programmation de musique classique, comme par exemple la musique classique contemporaine et aux projets qui cherchent à croiser les répertoires et les genres musicaux. Vous proposez de nouveaux concepts et vous les développez.
- Vous êtes responsable de la programmation des concerts importants en tenant compte de la stratégie artistique. Vous programmez les concerts classiques, dans le cadre des cycles standards envisagés et/ou complémentaires aux projets, qui ont un impact sur le rayonnement de la maison et qui apportent une valeur ajoutée aux publics ciblés.
- Vous soutenez et conseillez le programmateur de Musique Classique dans la réalisation du programme de la saison sur le plan artistique, technique et financier.
- Vous soutenez le Director Music dans l'organisation concrète et la coordination du département, en le remplaçant en cas d'absence et/ou en le représentant lors de réunions internes et externes.
- En tant que membre du Board Music, vous apporterez votre contribution sur le plan artistique, financier et la médiation vers le public.
- Vous suivez de près les développements dans votre domaine d'expertise. Vous développez et entretenez un réseau de contacts internationaux et transversaux dans le secteur culturel.

**Description du profil**
- Vous avez une formation en musicologie ou dans le domaine artistique, combiné avec d'excellentes connaissances de la musique classique, un regard ouvert et une vision innovante sur la programmation
- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience professionnelle de préférence d'au moins 8 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Vous avez des connaissances linguistiques suffisantes en anglais, ainsi qu'en français ou en néerlandais, ou êtes prêt.e à suivre un cours d'immersion pour satisfaire aux exigences linguistiques
- Vous faites preuve d'organisation dans votre travail, vous savez gérer les priorités et vous êtes résistant.e au stress
- Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion budgétaire et en négociation
- Vous êtes un people manager proactif
- Vous êtes un.e résauteur.trice curieus.e et vous disposez de contacts internationaux.
