**JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN als Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/V/X)**
:
- Je draagt de end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor het hele wervingsproces van interne en externe kandidaten (voornamelijk technische profielen) voor de gascentrales en batterij-divisies in de regio Brussel, Vilvoorde & Gent.
- Je houdt grondige intake interviews met je hiring managers en gebruikt je kennis van de arbeidsmarkt om hen te adviseren en hun jobbeschrijvingen om te zetten in zeer aantrekkelijke job postings.
- Je zoekt naar kandidaten op Linked-In of via andere digitale kanalen en neemt deel aan job beurzen, jobinars en job dagen.
- Je selecteert kandidaten door hen te pre-screenen en door hen competentiegericht te interviewen, waarbij je ook oog hebt voor het potentieel van de kandidaten. Je maakt een degelijk interviewrapport en formuleert een rekruteringsadvies voor de hiring managers.
- Je onderhandelt de jobaanbieding met de kandidaten en bezorgt kwalitatieve feedback aan kandidaten die niet werden weerhouden.
- Je houdt regelmatig update meetings met de HR Business partner en de hiring managers en informeert hen met data over je vooruitgang in je rekruteringen.
- Je treedt op als betrouwbare rekruteringspartner die niet allen expertise-advies geeft maar ook bepaalde opvattingen van de business bevraagt.
**JOUW PROFIEL als Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/V/X)**
- Je kan een solide track record in talent acquisitie voorleggen en wil je expertise delen met je collega’s.
- Je staat open voor feedback en wil graag nieuwe manieren uitproberen om beter te worden in je job.
- Je benadert het hele wervingsproces op een methodologische en data-gestuurde manier.
- Je kan interageren en communiceren op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Indien je geen vlot Frans spreekt ben je bereid om dit te leren.

**JOUW WERKLOCATIE**
Hybride: je werkt tot 2 x per week op de site in Rodenhuize (regio Gent) en komt 1 x per maand naar de Boulevard Simón Bolívarlaan 36, 1000 Brussels (1x per month)
