Axis Projects démarre en octobre une formation pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire leurs premiers pas dans le secteur de l'assurance.
Nous vous immergeons dans le monde du " life and non life ", nous vous apprenons les ficelles du métier.
Mais nous pensons aussi à affiner vos " soft skills " en même temps. Vous commencerez alors à travailler dans le secteur de l'assurance et pourrez compter sur nos conseils professionnels continus.
**Description**
Nous recherchons des jeunes diplômés ou des personnes ayant une première expérience, prêts à relever un premier ou un nouveau défi en tant que consultant dans le secteur de l'assurance. Vous suivrez une formation intensive d'une semaine au cours de laquelle vous serez immergé dans le secteur de l'assurance. Au-delà des connaissances techniques, les compétences non techniques dont vous aurez besoin en tant que consultant seront également abordées. Après cette semaine intensive, vous rejoindrez notre client où vous commencerez à travailler en tant que consultant en assurance au sein des départements vie et non-vie dans le cadre des sinistres.
**Profile**
Vous vous retrouverez complètement dans les caractéristiques suivantes:
- Communicatif : vous êtes de préférence bilingue et avez une connaissance de l'anglais. Vous communiquez avec suffisamment d'aisance dans les deux langues nationales, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Vous êtes en mesure de rendre compte des résultats d'une manière clairement compréhensible.
- Indépendant : vous prenez des initiatives et pouvez travailler de manière autonome dans la gestion de vos processus et procédures. Vous pouvez organiser et planifier votre journée en fonction des priorités.
- Précis : vous travaillez avec précision et exactitude. Vous aimez travailler avec des chiffres et savez les analyser.
- Coopératif : Vous aimez partager vos connaissances avec les autres. Vous cherchez des solutions acceptables pour tous.
- Entreprenant : Vous êtes proactif et osez poser des questions. Vous apportez de nouvelles idées et n'avez pas peur de partager votre opinion.
De plus, vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier.
