Via een uitgebreid netwerk van ruim 1400 kantoren en laboratoria in meer dan 140 landen staan ruim 70.000 medewerkers dagelijks bedrijven en instellingen terzijde in een groot aantal uiteenlopende sectoren. Onze dienstverlening krijgt gestalte via metingen, inspecties, validaties, certificering, technisch advies en training.

**Planner Survey**
**_Voornaamste taken _**
Als planner fungeer je als vast aanspreekpunt voor customer service, labo, terminals,om de surveyors op een zo efficiënt mogelijke manier in te plannen om het volledige proces van ontvangst nominatie (op-dracht van de klant) tot einde survey in goede banen te leiden, customer service bij te staan op gebied van rapportering, enz.
**_Wat moet je zoal doen? _**
- Coördineren van survey werkzaamheden.
- Opvolgen van de lopende planningen en wijzigingen tijdig communiceren aan alle betrokkenen
- Beantwoorden van telefoons terminals.
- Regelmatig overleg met de collega’s van customer service
- Afstemmen werkzaamheden met terminals.
**_Wat wordt verwacht? _**
- Je bent een echte teamplayer
- Je anticipeert proactief op mogelijke problemen
- Je weet van aanpakken en durft een beslissing nemen.
- Je bent zeer stressbestendig, klantvriendelijk, assertief en tracht in eender welke situatie mensen efficiënt in te plannen
- Je bezit een grondige kennis van de heersende industrienormen die van toepassing zijn voor het uitvoeren van inspectiewerkzaamheden.
- Een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, met een basiskennis Frans en Duits
- Kennis van de havens van Antwerpen, Gent, Terneuzen, Vlissingen, ,.. terminals is een pluspunt.
- Enkel jaren ervaring binnen de sector vereist
