**Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie & Thon Residence Florence **consists out of 142 of the largest rooms in Brussels, combining elegance with spacious comfort and 66 1, 2 and three bedroom apartments. Both located in one of the liveliest areas of Brussels, on the trendy Avenue Louise - a young, multicultural and artistic area.
We are dedicated and passionate about providing an exceptional, subtle and discreet service to our guests. Our personalized touches towards our guests are natural and pleasing and allow us to always add color to their day and their stay
**Who are YOU?**
You are guest-oriented, enthusiastic, independent and responsible. You are flexible and switch quickly. You have some experience in the hospitality industry and can easily communicate in French and in English.
**What will you do?**
In this position, you will be part of our Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting Team of the hotel. Room service and bar are also part of your job.
You welcome the customer with a smile, in a courteous way, you are responsible for a clean, fast and organized service; you ensure the comfort and well-being of the customer.
In addition to working together with a colleague at busy times, you also work shifts independently where you are responsible.
You are available both during the day and in the evening hours as well as on weekends and Bank holidays. In addition to (business) hotel guests, passers-by can also make use of the facilities of our 91-restaurant and bar.
