**What will you do?**

You will not only assist our guests with a big smile and passion throughout their stay in the Thon Hotel EU, but you will help your colleagues do the same. While completing your daily tasks you will constantly keep your eyes and ears open and guide the other team members, to make sure that we all provide top quality service to each and every guest. You will have an active role in developing the team, as well as serving our guests and monitor that standard procedures are being respected - not only at the reception, but also during your duty shifts. Building meaningful relationships will be one of your top priorities - to be sure that our guests always feel like home in the Thon Hotel EU.
