We are looking for a **Salesforce Data Analyst** to join our **Marketing & Communications** department based in **Louvain-la-Neuve**.

About the job
**Data visualization enhancement & analysis**
- Be the key point of contact for CRM reports & dashboards requests - supported by the CRM Manager
- Take into account business departments needs to optimize the current dashboards in SF and create new one by avoiding duplicates or blindspots in order to give the right data to the right team/person.
- Maintain effectively Salesforce reports & dashboards
- Support the business growth of N-SIDE by developing new dashboards to visualize SaaS key metrics.
- Analyze constantly the CRM Data (pricing, product catalogue, opportunity pipeline, sales funnel progress ) and provide key insights on a regular basis
**Data quality**
- Monitor and improve the CRM Data Quality thanks to both technical and strategic approach (dashboards up to date and accessible, hierarchical responsibility among teams with clear processes )
**Business continuity & Sales Force improvement**
- Support the CRM Team by processing CRM help desk requests - bugs & suggestions of improvement
- Nurture the CRM knowledge base for users and admins with detailed users documentation, training materials/ FAQ, tips & tricks
- Operate Salesforce technical improvements : field creation, workflow, process builder, user/profile management, layout optimisation, validation rules optimisation
**CRM Innovation**
- Support the CRM manager in the implementation or integration of new tools (e.i. survey tool, Conga follow up projects)
- Participate in the testing phase
- Ensure the creation of appropriate reports/dashboards to measure the success of the projects

**About you**
- You hold a master in management/marketing with a strong background in CRM.
- Your are Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Platform App Builder
- 1-3 years working in a CRM Tech role
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM software (knowledge of Salesforce environment is mandatory) and CRM database management
- Analytical mindset, eagerness to deep dive into technical or data-related topics
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Ability to understand current processes, evaluate areas for improvement, document gaps and a path to close the gap
- Detailed, organized and result-oriented
- Team player and eager to learn and collaborate with different partners
- Fluent in English
