**Wat wij van jou verwachten**:
**Jouw taken**:
- Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt in het tenderproces
- Je doel is het binnenhalen van een opdracht en dit in samenwerking met alle teamleden van het commerciële team
- A tot Z beheer van alle tenderprocessen (opmaak, inhoud, layout, prijzen, )
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van de dossiers en garandeert een tijdige oplevering
- Je staat ook in voor de rapportage en de communicatie mbt tenders binnen de verschillende departementen
- Tot slot coördineer, plan, bewaak en evalueer je de bestaande Tender procedures om een strak proces te garanderen
**Vaardigheden**:
- Je genoot een hogere (juridische) opleiding en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met tenders
- Je denkt vanuit een commerciële invalshoek
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig, en je kan structuur brengen in jouw takenpakket
- Je bent analytisch sterk, organisatorisch onderlegd met ook voor detail
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig
- Je bent perfect tweetalig (Nederlands / Frans), zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
