**Education required**: You are regularly **enrolled** in a **Bachelor/Master in **P**harmacy,** **Process Engineering,** **Chemical Engineering, or similar** in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

**Language requirement**: English

**Expected start date**: Anytime in 2025

**Duration**:Minimum 6 months

**Work arrangements**:Hybrid, necessity to be located in Belgium

**Requisite**: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

**Remuneration**: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

**What will you do?**:

- Conducting a comprehensive literature review on PAT tools for sterile filtration processes in vaccine manufacturing to analyse the benefits and limitations of existing studies.
- Identifying key process parameters, developing a framework for integrating PAT tools, and evaluating their feasibility through pilot studies.
- Real-time monitoring of sterile filtration, focusing on fouling dynamics and filtrate quality.
- You will gain in-depth and cross-sectional insights into the GSK Vaccines R&D functions.
