Notre client est une compagnie d'assurance spécialisée dans les produits Vie et Non-Vie pour les particuliers, les entreprises, les PME et les indépendants.
**Description**
- Vous serez responsable des dossiers des clients de A à Z ;
- Vous devez donner des conseils sur les risques prévus associés aux demandes d'assurance ;
- Vous devez avoir de bonnes capacités d'argumentation (analyse, synthèse,....) ;
- Vous gérez la décision d'acceptation ou de refus ;
- Vous utilisez les outils à votre disposition et nécessaires pour traiter les affaires ;
- Vous êtes en contact avec d'autres départements tels que le risque, le juridique,...
- Vous êtes un point de contact pour les clients (par téléphone ou par courriel).

**Profile**
- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en assurance vie ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et du français (écrit et oral) ;
- Vous êtes une personne très humaine et vous vous rendez compte que chaque cas est différent ;
- Vous êtes communicatif et proactif ;
- Vous avez des connaissances en terminologie financière et médicale ou un intérêt pour ces compétences ;
- Vous êtes orienté vers le client ;
- Vous communiquez de manière proactive avec le client et les autres départements internes en fonction du processus en cours ;
- Vous êtes une personne qui peut être indépendante dans ses tâches mais qui a aussi l'esprit d'équipe.
