**Accounts Receivable Accountant**:
Voor onze afdeling **Accounts Receivable te Lommel** zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor een vaste functie als **Accountant.**
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je vermindert het debiteurensaldo door het mondeling en schriftelijk benaderen van debiteuren.
- Je zoekt actief naar passende oplossingen die leiden tot betaling, incasseren, crediteren of afboeken van een vordering. Je bent de schakel tussen interne (bijv. Sales, General Ledger, Cash Department, Planning) stakeholders en klanten.
- Je draagt zorg voor de zorgvuldige afweging van de belangen van de eigen organisatie en die van de klant. Contacten zijn erop gericht om anderen ertoe over te brengen tot actie over te gaan.
- Je beheert de toegewezen klantenportefeuille en volgt hierbij de vastgelegde procedures.
- Je maant klanten aan volgens het vastgelegde proces, beheert en handelt het aanmaanproces pro-actief af.
- Je draagt klanten over aan Credit Management.
- Je handelt inkomende telefoon en mail af.
**Wat wij verwachten**
- Je hebt een bachelor werk
- en denkniveau;
- Ervaring met klantencontacten (debiteurenbeheer of op een klantendienst) is een must;
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans of je beschikt over een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Frans;
- Je bent communicatief sterk en flexibel qua jobinhoud;
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot en een echte teamplayer;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en bent handig in het aanleren van nieuwe softwarepakketten.
