**In search of a Project Manager / Naval Architect**:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Project Manager to join our Innovation Department in Zwevegem and Ostend. You will play a key role in advancing our capabilities in hydrography and aquatic drone technology.-
- You design and engineer maritime components, ensuring robustness and reliability in aquatic environments.-
- You utilize 3D printing technologies to prototype and manufacture smaller components.-
- You develop and optimize electromechanical systems for aquatic drones used in hydrographic surveys.-
- You manage project budgets, you ensure effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.-
- You ensure that all electromechanical systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.-
- You participate in certification processes and audits as necessary.-
- You work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of electromechanical systems with software components.-
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute innovative projects from conception to completion.-
- You collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions.**What do we expect from you?**:
- Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or equivalent by experience.-
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Knowledge of hydrographic survey techniques and equipment is an important plus.-
- You have good written and spoken knowledge of French, English and Dutch.**What do we offer you?**:
